Welcome to the Creative Music in Southern California Blog

There are so many talented and creative musicians in Southern CA that get little to no recognition locally, not to mention nationally. I wish to shed some light on a geographic, musical area where artists are turning out a huge body of quality work and in turn, they are not getting the same kind of attention that their counterparts in other parts of the country and world seem to enjoy.

I hope this blog will start to change that and that it will become a valuable resource to the fans and artists of the much neglected SoCal Creative Music scene by promoting individual artists, their upcoming performances, and new CD releases.
