The Vinny Golia Sextet tonight 4/30 and tomorrow night 5/1

The Vinny Golia Sextet will be rocking your face off on two seperate occasions this weekend. Please come support.


Friday the 30th :: 8pm at the South Pasadena Music Center. $5 cover, the proceeds will help pay for our trip to Sacramento for this year's "In the Flow Festival". 1509 Mission Street 91030


Saturday May 1st :: 10pm at Arts District May Day
It's a *free* community art/music/theater event at a warehouse space downtown. Cash bar. We'll share the stage with the Bagg/Ferber Project.

The Sextet is:

Vinny Golia: woodwinds (mostly baritone, tenor sax, soprano, sopranino, piccolo)
Gavin Templeton: alto sax

Andrew Lessman: drums

The Charles Sharp Quartet and AlexCline/Will Salmon @ The Open Gate


This Sunday, The Open Gate Theatre presents two great musical events. First up is Alex Cline/Will Salmon duo and next up is the Charles Sharp Quartet with an array of LA's primo improvisers. Come out and support this long running series!
